Description

On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we speak to the number 1 British 400m Individual Medley swimmer, Max Litchfield.
We speak to Max about a swimming injury that he got in 2017 which caused him serious shoulder pain, the shoulder rehab he had to go through, and he gives his advice to injury prevention for swimmers. As well as chatting about swimmers shoulder, we discuss what it's like doing medley training and racing a 400 IM.
Will he be British Swimming's first medal in the pool at the Tokyo Olympics 2021? We certainly hope so!
