Learn from Kayla Epperson, Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, about a very specific and common tennis injury called "Backhand Wrist" and how it can be avoided. This is a similar injury to the one Cici Bellis sustained and is finally recovering from as she gets back to professional tennis competition.
Kayla experienced the injury herself in college and wound up having surgery, a decision she now regrets. Hear more when she joins Lisa Stone, creator of ParentingAces, in a video conversation.
