The Colorado Avalanche and outdoor games have not gone hand in hand. Out of the three outdoor games the Avs have taken part in, they have lost two and the one they did win took over 12 hours to complete. With the league announcing the Winter Classic game will take part at Fenway Park in Boston and making up for the lost Stadium Series game in Carolina, do the Avs have a chance to play in either of these games?
