Josh Manson is a defenseman Colorado Avalanche. He was a member of the 2021-22 Stanley Cup champion Avalanche team that beat Tampa in six games. Manson was a key contributor for the team, including scoring a goal in Game 2 and setting up the eventual game winning goal in the Game 6 clincher. On July 13, Manson agreed to a new four-year contract to return to Colorado. Josh’s father, Dave Manson, was a first-round pick and played in the NHL from 1986-2002. Today on the podcast, we talk to Josh Manson about being traded mid-season to Colorado, winning the Stanley Cup, the pressure of playoff hockey, the experience of the championship parade in Denver, staying connected to God during the playoff run and preparing for the birth of his second daughter.
