I spoke with my home swim club, Columbia Swim Club in Columbia, Missouri, about how they are facing the current quarantine. CSC has implemented routine Zoom dryland sessions for all age groups in an effort to keep them active, engaged, and connected. The group also discussed the importance of keeping a schedule, especially waking up when you normally would and having some sort of exercise in when you would normally have practice.
