Georgia shares how the book stemmed from advice from a therapist who recommended she write everything that had happened to her when she found herself unable to share verbally, what life is like raising two neuroatypical children (as well as how it has impacted her mental health), and why she's only now beginning to show herself more kindness for what she went through.
