Close your eyes gently,
As you lay your head down,
The day has come to an end.
Soften your face slowly,
And feel yourself melt,
Into sleep, it’s time to descend.
The hurricane of thoughts,
That swirls around your head,
Worrying and stressing so much.
Watch it from afar,
And release from its grip,
Surrender to the night’s healing touch.
There’s nothing you can do,
With the worries in your mind,
All they are causing is stress.
So breath them all out,
And just be here now,
Relief is yours to possess.

Before Bed
Write down everything you’re stressed about. Then, crumble up the paper and throw it away.
What was one great thing that happened today?
Who is one person you’re grateful for and why?
In the Morning
What makes you feel joyful? What puts a smile on your face?
