In this episode, the boys sit down with Golf Wod (@golf.wod on Instagram). We kick things off by talking about what the situation is like in the UK, where Michael is from and where he played golf growing up. We also dive into his philosophy on training and how Golf.WOD got started. Michael also tells us about how his tour validated workouts, supported by Scott Stallings and decided to work with us on an 18 golf workout challenge (that kicks off April 14th, 2020.
