For so long we are programmed and conditioned to believe that we are defined by what we do.  What do you do? I'm a this or that.. We lose part of our true selves over the years.  Forgetting what we are truly meant to be and do. We put our identity in a job, a group, a sport, and when we lose that "identity" then we are lost.  When it's gone we "don't know who we are."  We have to begin to find ourselves again.  What are your talents, your passions, and goals?
