In this role, he is responsible for the creation, cultivation, and management of University and technical program relationships that yield top talent for the business. Ira has a passion for growth, development, awareness and mentoring. Where Cherie joined VMware in 2019 and is currently a University Talent Experience Program Manager. She oversees the US intern program with over 350 interns. In this role, she is responsible for onboarding, event curating, and supporting the business.
