Description
Welcome to the Women of Golf Show!
Tune in Tuesdays - 9:00 AM Eastern
This week's special guest: Gianna Rojas - Known worldwide as “The One Handed Lady Golfer & Founder of Adaptive Golfers.
More on Gianna:
Gianna Rojas was born in 1962 in Bath, Maine. Gianna has a challenge, she was born without fingers on her left hand. Her father was in the Navy and as is the case with many military families, they relocated every few years.
At a young age, Gianna had to learn how to build rapport and new friendships with the other kids very quickly before the family moved on to their next station. The constant moving was especially difficult for her: being the new kid and having only one hand often made her a target of bullying. Once, she was even pushed into her locker at school and trapped in it for 3 hours. Those types of events are never forgotten. They helped mold her character and fueled her desire to be able help those that were facing similar challenges like the ones she faced as a child.
Plus later, Cindy & Ted enter the "No B.S. Zone" Junior Golf “Do's & Don'ts parents need to know”
