Microsoft Corp on Friday announced the completion of its acquisition of Nuance Communications Inc, a company that delivers solutions that understand, analyze, and respond to human language. Microsoft customers will benefit from enhanced consumer, patient, clinician and employee experiences, and ultimately improved productivity. Microsoft recently announced Dynamics 365 Marketing 2022, release wave 1 is coming to the market. Some of the features we are most interested in are the unified customer activity timeline across all Dynamics 365 applications, which includes any Dynamics 365 customer data, email personalization and customization, and the ability to customize the customer journey with more flexible tools.
