ITB hosts Geoff Mosher and Adam Caplan recap an Eagles 21-18 win over the Panthers in Week 5 at Bank Of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.,  a comeback made possible by a blocked punt in the fourth quarter that changed the momentum.
