The St. Louis Cardinals were no-hit for 6.1 innings last night and shutout, losing 4-0 to the Atlanta Braves. John Gant was not terrible, but he got literally zero run support so it didn't really matter what he did. The Cardinals signed two pitchers yesterday, Wade LeBlanc to the majors and Brandickson to the minors. These are not the kind of moves the Cardinals need to be making right now. St. Louis needs an impact trade to change the outlook of this team.
