Opening Day in 2022 went about as well as you could expect if you're the St. Louis Cardinals. Adam Wainwright dominated in six scoreless innings, Tyler O'Neill drove in five and the offense scored nine runs in a 9-0 win. While there's a LONG season ahead, Opening Day provides hope that this offense can be lethal and that the bullpen can be solid enough to get into October.
