Energy prices could push us into a recession, says Michael Zarembski, Director of Futures at Charles Schwab. The economy is ready to ramp up after almost two years of lockdowns, but we have headwinds, he explains. He discusses how the European countries are dependent on Russian energy, and may have the fear of pushing into a recession. He points out the average retail price for gasoline is $4.17 per gallon, with some areas higher. Michael explains how this will start to affect the consumer.
