The 2022 Miami Hurricanes football season is just one week away. The Hurricanes are favored to win the ACC Coastal division and have been tabbed at 9 victories in a recent ESPN prediction. Where do we draw the line for the fewest wins to consider 2022 to be a successful Miami Hurricanes season?
Host Alex Donno makes the case for why 9 wins should be considered the minimum, with 10 wins being attainable. The Hurricanes have many of the same players from last season’s 7-5 squad (and possibly a better overall team on paper) and were just a few plays away from 9 or 10 wins. The coaching has also clearly improved from a year ago. 
Donno discusses his 3 keys to the Hurricanes meeting or exceeding a 9-win expectation. 1) The all-star coaching staff needs to mesh, check their egos at the door, and work in concert. 2) The offensive line needs to show the expected improvements, and 3) The linebackers need to over-perform their potential.
