In this episode of the Chain Clankers disc golf podcast, we throw down in some old fashion debates. Horacio & Quentin debate some of the biggest topics in disc golf right now. We start the show off by catching up after some amazing interviews and discuss some things we are working on in our game right now. After that, we jump into our first of three debates in this episode.
The first debate is all about losing disc golf discs in the water. Should someone keep a disc golf disc that is not theirs if they found it in the water? Horacio and Quentin discuss the pros and cons of both sides and bring up great arguments on keeping the disc golf disc and giving the disc back to the owner.
The second debate answers the question of what is a real ace in disc golf. Is an ace in disc golf throwing the disc in from the tee pad? What about if the hole is only 150 feet away? Horacio and Quentin explore this topic and discuss what counts as an ace and what does not count as an ace in disc golf.
The final debate in this episode is all about midrange discs. Quentin thinks that midrange disc golf discs are scams and it is easier to throw a putt and approach disc instead. Horacio thinks that Quentin should get better and that midrange disc golf discs have value and can be used to elevate someone's game.
