Recent developments in the Delphi murders indicate that an online predator may have played a role in the double homicide of 14-year-old Liberty German and 13-year-old Abigail Williams. A 47-year-old man named David Fuller posed as a young man online. He used that persona to grow close to a 13-year-old girl named Kacie Woody.
