Description

As women, it’s common for us to believe “I am not enough as I am right now”. Because of this, we will constantly hustle and give more of ourselves to achieve the enoughness and fulfillment we desire. This is especially the case with food and body. We will hustle through restrictive food plans so we’re eating healthy enough. We will hustle through strict weight loss regimens so our body is enough. We’re always chasing the feeling of enoughness at the expense of our emotional health and needs. This isn’t the way to create sustainable results with food or body. This hustle only leads to burnout and self-sabotage. In this episode, I’m sharing how to know if you’re in the “not enoughness cycle" with food, along with how you can remove yourself from this cycle. This way, you’re creating the long-term results you want with food – without hustling to do so.
