When you're tall, you gotta ball! This DCOM is based on a TRUE story, so that must be the rule. Twins Heidi and Heather want to be different from each other, but their dad also wants them to make money (or at least get scholarships). Mom wants whatever's best for the fam, so of course they uproot their lives in the hope of future success, starting at a new school with some not so nice teammates.
