This week we have Alex Ehlert, who is a PhD candidate studying sport and exercise performance at Old Dominion University. Alex has a background in kinesiology and exercise physiology as well and focuses on the golf athlete. A lot of his efforts have been on focusing on physical traits that help golfers improve their performance. Unfortunately, with all the information available to us, it can be tough to decipher good versus bad. Alex does a great job explaining how research can help guide you through your training and what to look for.
