Description

Welcome to Episode 50 of The Madhappy Podcast. This week we are excited to welcome our longtime friend, Jesse Israel, onto the show to learn more about his past life experiences that led him to founding The Big Quiet, a mass meditation movement for all people.
We start the episode as Mason asks Jesse about his life and profession before starting The Big Quiet (5:29), as Jesse shares his journey about realizing he needed to make a change in his life and work to take care of himself through meditation and other self-care practices (17:29).
Mason and Jesse talk about the challenges that stem from dealing with imposter syndrome (23:53). Before wrapping up, the two talk on the benefits and importance of meditation and daily gratitude (38:30) as Jesse leads Mason through a short breathing exercise we hope all of our listeners can take from the episode and use as a tool in their everyday lives (51:24).
Check out what The Big Quiet is all about here.
