It’s taken over 100 episodes but I’ve finally convinced Richie to sit down and tell his side of the story. If you are new around here - Richie is my husband and the co-host of this podcast. He is also an incredible boxing coach and photographer/videographer.

This includes a very honest discussion about how Richie has changed his approach to masculinity and become more involved in our family life.
