Todd Cavallo left Brooklyn with his wife Crystal in 2016 to try his hand at sustainable food systems. He is the proprietor of Wild Arc Farm, located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, just north of NYC. Wild Arc Farm is a pursuit of sustainable food and beverage production within the small farm environment. Wild Arc is an experiment in biodynamic permaculture and viticulture producing exciting wines like Piquette, Pet Nat, Riesling, hybrid grapes like a carbonic Marquette and more. Todd is also a 2019 40 Under 40 Tastemaker from Wine Enthusiast.
