Ms. Aborgast is in court today claiming the defendant starting denying her 2-year-old once he got into a relationship with her former friend. She claims the defendant has ignored the needs of her children and is suing for the maximum amount of $5,000 for childcare expenses. Mr. Vess is here to testify the plaintiffs promiscuous behavior is the reason he believes he is not the father and until proven otherwise, he refuses to financially support her.
