Mr. Muriel and his sister have petitioned the court to prove he is not the father of the defendant's 18-month-old son. He has always believed that he is not the father and hopes the court will approve the test so he can prove his case. Ms. Redmond says she is tired of being a single mom, didn't make the baby alone and states there is no reason for a paternity test because the plaintiff already signed the paternity test.
