Next year he'll be a member of the 2-10 USF Bulls whose head coach is 3-18 as the skipper. Drake and Cameron Stuart try to read between the lines and figure out what happened here, but the QB who had looks from Oklahoma and Missouri must have really just loved the weather in Tampa.
Something smells like Matthew Mayer is not going to the NBA. Sure he's working out in Chicago right now to prepare for the draft, but this all has the feel of Mayer returning to college to play another year at somewhere not named Baylor University. That said, will the Scott Drew prodigy go to another Big 12 school? With teams like Texas Tech, USC, UNC, Illinois and Arkansas on the line, where is the best landing spot for the big man.
