Description

Okay, the question has to be asked. Are 'Virtual Grands Prix' the future of Formula 1? For our sake, let's really hope not. We'd rather that it was Formula E! The question also has to be asked - how much is too much when it comes to the virtual races? There's a race every second day! Anyone who is a someone is trying their hand at virtual racing - heck, we even had a cricketer and golfer try their luck.
In this episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast (https://bit.ly/insidelinef1pod) , we ask if fans tune in to the virtual races for the non-racing banter than the racing itself. Well...you're not alone if you're tuning in for the latter ;-)
Also in this episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast, would a team opt to leave Formula 1 if the new Concorde Agreement continues with the historic wrongdoing? The classic races are a good marketing tool - for the old and new fans; we bring to you a recap of the 1994 Japanese Grand Prix (courtesy: Lucien). Finally, what are the financial benefits of hosting two races on one weekend? In fact, we tell you why it might be difficult for Formula 1 to go down this road. Tune in!
(Season 2020, Episode 14)

0:00-3:00 - Anyone who is someone is trying their hand at virtual racing...do you have a setup, too?
3:00-6:00 - Is there an overdose of virtual racing in our lives? For us, the 'non-racing' banter is more welcome than the racing itself.
6:00-9:00 - A blessing in disguise for Formula 1 that the Concorde Agreement for 2021 and onward is yet to be signed? Will the sport undo the historic wrongdoing?
9:00-12:00 - The classic races are a good marketing tool for Formula 1, are you enjoying them, too? Btw, Formula 1 should use this content irrespective of race cancellations
12:00-15:00 - Re-live the classic 1994 Japanese Grand Prix with Lucien
15:00-18:00 - Why hosting two races on a single weekend might not make financial sense for the sport, teams, promoters and broadcasters. Also, how will Formula 1 overcome the international travel restrictions for team personnel & drivers?
18:00-21:00 -  IF we do have a 2020 Formula 1 season, Daniel Ricciardo will have a slower car AND a lesser salary, sigh!
21:00-end - Nicholas Latifi's present, Williams. His future, Mclaren? Will Michael Latifi ever use his 'investor trump card' for his son?
