Description
+++ CONFLICT FOR SALE +++
In some settings, you would think that there's a sale on conflict. Everyone seems to be "wearing" it. Right?
Everywhere you go, there seems to be conflict all around.
Have you ever been in environments like that?
Here's what I know. Life is made up of conflicts. It shouldn't surprise us when it happens.
What should surprise us is our mishandling of them; how we behave.
All of us are either:
Going into a conflict
Leaving a conflict
Currently in a conflict
Would you agree?
So, what should you as a leader do when all it seems like you are doing is putting out "fires?"
In this episode our guest - Mark Minard - shares with us how he deals with conflict and gives some tips, tricks, and best practices for dealing with conflict.
