Huge opened the show today talking about a CBS Sports article saying that 2020 is the end of the road for Harbaugh in Ann Arbor. So, we spent most of the show discussing whether we think this could be a reality or not at the end of this current season. We wanted to get your thoughts on if this could be the end of the Harbaugh era or not - so we took your calls and comments throughout the entirety of the show. People don't seem too happy about how things are going under Jim, so we'll have to play things by ear. We were joined by Doug Skene in our first hour to get his thoughts on the likelihood of this being Harbaugh's last year coaching the Wolverines.
In our second hour we were joined by Tim Twentyman to discuss the Lions win over the Washington Football team on Sunday. Huge and Tim talked about the state of the coaching staff and team at this point in time as those meaningful games in December are right around the corner. They also looked ahead to this weekend’s matchup against the Panthers this Sunday. We were then joined by Tim Staudt to look at that MSU loss to Iowa on Saturday. He and Huge also talked about the moves that Izzo has made over the past few weeks as far as recruiting is concerned.
In our final hour today we were joined by Mark Uyl, the Executive Director of the Michigan High School Athletic Association. Mark updated us on everything that’s happened regarding the 3 week shutdown and its relationship to the pause of High School sports. Mark discussed how he and his team plan to handle this, in hopes of saving the remaining Fall High School Championships. We were then joined by Tom Rosenbach from BeeneGarter so he could tell Huge how he did with his weekend picks. We wrapped up the show with our friend Tim McCullough so he could fill us in on everything related to Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort being open through this 3 week pause.
