Hey Kweenz, we fooled 'em again and made it through another week. Yes, it's Friday.... YOUR day and THE day for us Regular Guys and Gals, living in this irregular world, to come together. This week we ask what's your 'Life One Liner.' We also ask what's your 'Shadow Word' and what feeds your shadow self?  We discuss how to feed the shadow self in a means to help not hurt with Kev and Kels citing their own life examples. We define what 'charges' are and how they vastly affect our reactions. We discuss how even though we acquire enough coping tools on Better Together to have a hardware store of self help equipment, we still need still time to use and apply them!   We discussed AGAIN how civilians only learn from lessons they pay for and how samurai accept all the FREE lessons they can.  We offer a couple of RGF tips and.... Winnie peed on our on studio table , mid show, no joking. However, we played through sporting our new RGF hoodies aka our 'fake merch' never for once forgetting that we are all Kweenz.
