This episodes chat is with Danny Roberts. I went to University with Danny many moons ago so we go a fair way back. Danny is currently a senior A&R manager at Decca Records (Part of Universal).

I was interested to find out what goes into the A&R process at a major label of this type and also to get a more personal insight into how Danny goes about doing this job.
It was a hot day at the end of July when we met and England had just lost in the semi Final of the world cup but we pressed on regardless and had a great chat that I hope you enjoy listening to.
