???? ?????... This episode is dedicated to me, allowing myself a moment to breathe. A moment to reflect and assess where I stand mentally, emotionally and physically. I gift myself the opportunity to embrace my loss of vision, broken heart, trauma, hurt and healing process. This episode allows me to use the tools that I am placing into the toolbox in effort to help me on my healing journey. I am giving myself permission to not have the answers, to not be fine, to enter into moments of solitude but determined to find my way to healing, peace, gratitude and grieve in power.⁣
