The Home Run Derby is tonight. We broke it down round by round and came to the logical conclusion that, hey, this is gonna be really fun.
It's too bad the Mets had to go and lose a stinker to the Pirates on Sunday. If not for that, vibes would be miraculously high. Sadly, we do have to talk about the bad stuff too.
We also gave out some first-half superlatives and gave grades to some Mets hitters.
