Description

Céline is the Chief Executive Officer at Noble Panacea, which she co-designed with Sir Fraser Stoddart, the Founder and Nobel Laureate of Chemistry 2016, and Audrey Bois Nicolai, the Head of Brand Development.

She comes with fifteen years of experience in brand development and strategy crafting in the Beauty industry. She made her debut globally at top multinational corporations such as L’Oréal, LVMH, and Unilever where she led these functions across international markets in Paris, Madrid, New York City, Singapore, and most recently, Zurich.

Céline brings her expertise in creating a unique brand vision that is holistic and relevant to the modern high-end client. At her start with Noble Panacea, she dedicated her energy to understanding the vision of the brand’s founder in conjunction with profound consumer insights, which enabled her to define strong core values, an elevated visual identity, and a very promising innovation funnel set to revolutionize the beauty industry.

During her relatively short career, Céline has worked with over 50 different nationalities and continuously promotes multicultural awareness and leadership. She always composes her team with the best experts in their domain and puts a focus on diversity as it has been proven to create an irreplaceable team dynamic that fosters invaluable creativity and innovation.
Céline is passionate about education.

Céline believes that leading the strategy and messaging of a global beauty player like Noble Panacea comes with a responsibility to effectively portray inclusive beauty and communicate positive aging through achievable standards while remaining highly aspirational. Responsible consumption is very much ingrained in her culture. Together with her team, she dedicated significant efforts to create a brand that uses renewable materials and sustainable design throughout the consumption process, all well before commercializing.
