Part of the Gloucestershire white ball dynasty, Jon Lewis won all there was to win in white ball cricket before moving to Surrey and finishing his career on the South coast with Sussex.
Since then he has worked his way up through the coaching roles in the country, before landing the biggest bowling coaching job going at the moment.
