This podcast is devoted to the draft and more importantly to the first round of the draft. The Guardians have never picked first or third in the history of the draft. We look at the three teams in the 60 plus year history of the draft that the Guardians did not have a first-round pick and why they lost that selection.

Next up we look at the rare firsts who failed to sign, there have also been just three first-rounders the Guardians failed to sign. We look into who got away, why they got away, and who the Guardians got in their place.

We end by looking through every top 30 pick in round one and discussing who was the top player in Guardians history with each selection in the first round. It has not been a great round in general for the franchise, so it is interesting to see who has managed to stand out and who might still have a chance of making an impact for the Guardians.
