Today’s is our 99th episode and we are celebrating! We are also doing something different today because it feels important to share where we are as well as honor this two year journey we have been on.
Recently, we have been facing a challenging time in our lives and this episode is about being authentic with where we have been. Yes, we do live this work but there are times when things are a challenge. It is not about just knowing it, it’s about applying it everyday in our lives. We can have the tools but they don’t do anything unless we pick them up and use them.
Here are some things to remember if you are ever feeling lost in life:
Honor yourself for where you are
Give yourself space & don’t force anything
Know yourself & what kind of support you need during those moments
Everyone’s journey is different and what everyone needs is different as well. Part of human conditioning is getting over suffering. Often, when we go through a challenging time in our lives, we appreciate things more once we get through it. You can be so used to being at a certain level in life that any setback can feel big, but it isn’t as big as we may think. Especially when we look back at how far we have come.
