At any moment ask yourself; is this moment  giving me a heads up opportunity; am I heads up as I move through the day? It’s an easy reminder to take anger and sadness from the gut-brain, weave in hope and enthusiasm and turn it into the high risk of audacity. Move the energy up through the diaphragm and through to the heart-brain, breathing to believe. And then allow that audacity to fill your cup, without any reason and logic.
