Learn to be discerning in what you teach your children. Words mean things, so it matters what we sing. A great place to start is with good ol hymns. Check out this post to see a list of hymns and songs that we love: Sing Praises!   The New England Primer New England Primer By David Barton This little book was the first textbook in America for children. Knowledge starts with the fear of God (Proverbs 1:7). This book allowed children to learn through the context of Truth. Can you imagine if this primer was still in our curriculum today?! I highly recommend getting this book and teaching your children from it. Whether you are homeschooling or not, this is a book that will lay a foundation of Truth. *affiliate link
