Remember, that we must hold these statements up to the Truth of God; shed light on what is real, otherwise we will be trapped in a cycles of failure, performance, achievement, and humanism. According to 2 Corinthians 5:17 change start by Jesus taking away our old nature and giving us a new nature. Our old selves before Christ could do nothing but sin and be self focused on pleasure. Now, in Christ, He changes our hearts to obey Him - and want to obey Him - and makes us free from sin and death. New You starts with Jesus Christ and if we want to see change in us, we must look to Him and fight sin. Read today's passage: 2 Corinthians 5:16-21 Cold Season Life Hacks "Spicy Lemonade" This is a warm turmeric, ginger, lemon, honey drink to help your body fight the good fight of germs. Turmeric supposedly has a lot of benefits like anti-inflamatory properties, is an antioxident (prevents oxidization), among other useful things. Lemons are packed with vitamins and ginger achy muscles. Honey also has medicinal benefits but in this case, you need something to make the medicine go down ;) Remember, I am not a doctor nor do I claim superior medical knowledge. Find the Recipe here: http://thewholejourney.com/turmeric-and-ginger-tea/ (Ps We drink this hot.) Lymphatic Massage for Sinus Drainage Desperate times call for crunchy measures. I just googled some videos on how to do this. Now, I am not into ying yang chi tea auroa or whatever eastern medicine calls for. This is applying pressure and massage to get juices flowing and move toxins out of the body. No mamajuju here.
