Sean worked at Amphenol Aerospace in Sidney, NY for four years, most recently as Manufacturing Improvement Supervisor, before becoming one of the first employees at the brand new facility in Arizona. We talk about the daily challenges and lessons learned while helping start a brand-new Amphenol facility.
