Description

Even though it's tough to head back to work after a weekend spent relaxing, the good news is that Monday also means a fresh episode of the Real Life Podcast is here to get your week started on the right foot. This week, the guys shared some of their favourite travel stories, discussed Dominik Kahun signing with the Oilers, and a whole lot more. To kick off today's podcast, the guys got started with a discussion about why this week's episode had to have multiple intros and why a show called Real Life has a handful of untouchable topics. From there, things fell off the rails again as the boys tried to get into the latest Apple reviews while Wanye tried to get Tyler to read out the latest download numbers from the month of October. Trying to get back on track, the conversation turned to Halloween and what it was like for Chalmers to take his boys out trick or treating during a pandemic. Changing gears, Wanye spent a few minutes talking about how the pandemic is forcing us all to change the way we approach the winter, including both he and Jay being disappointed about missing out on this year's Airwaves Festival in Iceland. Since missing out seems to be the theme of 2020, the guys spent some time discussing some of their favourite places to go and what makes them so meaningful. After a few minutes spent on their favourite travel spots, Tyler did his best to get the podcast back on the rails by spending a few minutes talking about the newest Edmonton Oiler, Dominik Kahun. Lastly, the Monday episode of Real Life wrapped up with a look at the Big Brother finale and how all five of the guys were completely disappointed with the All-Stars Season and its lack of drama and excitement.
