In this episode we will explore the UK government's agile manual an repository to better understand what exactly agile is and to view the practices of agile through the lens of scrum. This will help those new to the idea of agile and Scrum to better grasp the concepts.

Agile is a term we have heard so much an industry these days.  "Everyone" uses the word but what exactly does it mean?  There may be misconceptions that agile means software development and information technology work but this is incorrect as agile has nothing to do with software primarily.  Agile should be viewed as an adaptive way of thinking.  In this episode I give you a coherent definition of agile from my lens.
