On today's episode of Locked on Wild, we catch our breath after yet another loss to start the season. We look at how Marc-Andre Fleury not being able to make the most basic level saves and the defense letting opponents skate into the zone unchallenged have led to two major problems that are both feeding off of each other. We discuss what needs to happen with Fleury, and why Filip Gustavsson showed he may have something to tap into for the Wild. If Fleury continues to struggle, getting Gustavsson an extended look is NOT a bad thing. We also discuss the other problems, such as vets off to a bad start and Marco Rossi getting next to no minutes and why that cannot continue. We also look at the bright spots, such as the top Power Play unit, Calen Addison, and the Wild players who have not stopped battling.
