If you’re a man looking to help the women in your organization, engage. We have something we say, “Hey, meet the market where the market wants to be.” I think that’s equally true for employees. You have to meet employees where employees want to be. But you can’t take action unless you’re listening first, if you’re engaging first. If you do that, then you’re going to make progress.”
