Kathleen Sabo speaks with journalist Jeff Proctor on transparent and ethical policing. Jeff is the Contributing Editor for the Santa Fe Reporter and an investigative reporter for New Mexico in Depth.  In 2013, he was a finalist for the American Bar Association's Silver Gavel Award for reporting on systemic civil rights abuses by the Albuquerque Police Department. Jeff has covered policing issues throughout his career.
