Next, a clinical project manager needs to be savvy with creating and managing study budgets, timelines and resources. Finally, the soft skills make a world of a difference between a good project manager and a great project manager. I’ll share with you 6 specific soft skills that will help you exponentially if you are really serious about the clinical project manager role.
