Description

Brooklyn Hesterberg Leep is an Eastern Kentucky gal who initially never dreamed of being an integral part of one of the economic juggernaults that is Marion County Kentucky's Industrial Base.  But, this outdoor and softball enthusiast found that sometimes dream careers take unexpected and rewarding paths.  Leep began her career as the Associate Executive Director for the Morehead-Rowan County Economic Development Council. Since then, Leep’s passion for rural economic development has only continued to grow stronger. Leep also spent three years at the Kentucky Cabinet of Economic Development as a Senior Project Manager where she worked to attract new jobs as well as domestic and foreign direct investment into the Commonwealth. Brooklyn, and her husband Johnny, are outdoor enthusiasts who love playing softball and spending time with family and friends.  Find out many cool things about Brooklyn in this episode of 2 Shots on a Barrel including her love of Kentucky Bourbon!  Brooklyn brought the Bo Brothers a gift of Basil Hayden Toasted of which we felt obliged to sip on!  So sit back and find out why Brooklyn Leep is the newest Rock Star in Central Kentucky!#BasilHaydenToasted #Softball #TicTok #MakingADifference #DoYourPassion #MoreheadStateUniversity #CoachKellyWells #FindThreeGoodMentors #BoBrothers Email us at 2shotspodcastshow@gmail.com

Join the Bo Brothers, a couple of long time goofy radio DJ's as they go on a quest to learn more about Bourbon especially because they live in the Heart of Bourbon Country and also realizing they really didn't know a lot about the world famous liquid - except they do enjoy it from time to time. The Bo Brothers look to interview the experts in the Bourbon industry and other things that are unique to the Heart of Central Kentucky like Wineries, Craft Breweries, Country Ham, Caves, Kayaking, Trail Riding, Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Restaurants, Kentucky Foods, Kentucky Tourism, and so much more. The Bo Brothers usually pair a select Kentucky bourbon (and occasionally even a premium cigar) with great, educational and sometimes absolutely ridiculous discussions about one of the treasures of Kentucky... the HEART! Join the Bo Brothers for a truly unique trek to learn more about the Heart of Central Kentucky!
